1. Use of Service
PlusConvert provides a client-side file conversion service. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for any content you process through the service, and you warrant that you have the right to use, modify, and process any files you upload.
2. Disclaimers and No Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the output of any conversion will meet your specific requirements or expectations. Since all processing is done on the client-side, we have no access to your files and cannot be held responsible for any data loss, corruption, or privacy breaches that may occur on your local machine.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PlusConvert, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
4. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
